Paducah Parks & Recreation is accepting reservations for Community Garden plots in the Pat & Jim Brockenborough Rotary Health Park. The park is located at 14th and Madison in the historic Fountain Avenue Neighborhood.
Returning gardeners can renew their plot reservations now. Beginning March 1, new gardeners can reserve a plot. Garden beds are reserved on a first come basis by contacting Paducah Parks & Recreation at 270-444-8508 or visiting the Parks office at 1400 H.C. Mathis Drive.
A garden plot application must be filled out completely and returned to the Parks & Recreation office when paying the reservation fee. A $5 refundable key deposit also is due at registration.
Beds range in sizes and are available to reserve for one growing season (April – October).
- A small plot (10’x3’ & 8’x3’) is $20 for the season.
- A medium plot (13’x3’, 12’x3’, 11’x3’ & 11’x4’) is $30 for the season.
- A large plot (17’x3’) is $40 for the season.
